Multi-Instrument Selection Instructions
Please e-mail the chairman to state which instrument that you would like
to participate concerning mid-state by clicking on the Mail to Chairman
line. Please use the following format and make sure that you include
the text that is in typed in red below: Please note: You do not
need to make a choice if you made a concert and a jazz band. Only if you
have 2 jazz instruments or 2 concert instruments do you need to state
a choice.
Name: Joe Smith
Instrument to Keep: 1st Band, 2nd Chair
Eb Alto Clarinet
Instrument to Drop: 2nd Band, 9th Chair
Bb Clarinet.
Indicate whether you are Junior High or Senior High.
By following the format above, it will make it much easier to put you
on the instrument that you would like to play.
